How far do you travel? +
We serve events within a 50-mile radius of Orange County, CA. Events beyond 25 miles may include a travel fee. For special events, we're willing to discuss exceptions — just reach out.
What do you need from the venue? +
We're almost entirely self-contained. We do ask for a standard 110v power outlet within 50 feet of our cart placement, and a clear pathway to set up. No plumbing needed — we bring our own water.
Can you customize the menu for our event? +
Absolutely. We can build a seasonal specialty menu, create a signature drink named after the couple or company, or simplify the menu for a faster flow. We'll discuss this during the booking process.
Do you offer branded cups or sleeves? +
Yes — custom branded cup sleeves with your logo or wedding monogram are available for the Full Experience package and above. We just need your artwork at least 2 weeks before the event.
How early should I book? +
For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance. For smaller events or weekday bookings, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. Summer weekends book up fast.
What if it rains or weather changes? +
We're a weather-hardy operation — the cart handles outdoor environments well. We'll coordinate with you if there are serious weather concerns and find a solution that works for everyone.
Do you have liability insurance? +
Yes, Tao Coffee carries full general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance can be provided to your venue upon request — just let us know when you book.
What's your cancellation policy? +
Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit. We're flexible with reschedules — life happens and we understand. Reach out as early as possible if your plans change.
